What is a
Webinar?
A Webinar is a web-based presentation that allows demonstration of computer images as well as audio components.
What is the difference between a Live Webinar and a Recorded Webinar?
Both a Live Webinar and a Recorded Webinar are similar in format and content. A Live Webinar is conducted live by a CSI expert at scheduled dates and times. A Recorded Webinar allows you to view a webinar at your own convenience without a pre-scheduled date and time once your registration has been processed and you have received an email containing instructions on how to view the
webinar.
How
long does it take to process my registration
for a Recorded Webinar?
While we make every effort to process your registration as soon as possible, please allow upto 1 or 2 business days for confirmation.
How can I view a Webinar if none of the scheduled times for a Live Webinar are convenient for me?
In this case, please register for a Recorded Webinar. This will allow you to view the webinar at your convenience.
What do I need to attend?
- A computer
- Internet access
- A phone line for listening to the teleconference portion (Live Webinars only)
- Computer Speakers (Recorded Webinars only)
