Information is easily available to those who need it based on access levels and privileges regardless of whether the information is stored as structured text (data) or unstructured text (documents). The system recognizes Excel spreadsheets from other documents inserting the necessary Part 11 technical controls for cell level audit trails, security and e-signatures even for checked out Excel files.
The entire software is pre-installed on the server providing you with out-of-the-box functionality. The server is configured with adequate memory and processor speed for optimum performance and storage capacity. |
