Signed
electronic records shall
contain information associated
with the signing that clearly
indicates all of the
following:
(1) The printed name of
the signer;

The date and time when the signature
was executed; and
(3) The
meaning (such as review, approval,responsibility,
or authorship)
associated with the signature.

eInfotree contain the full
printed name of signer,
date/time when the signature
was executed and meaning of
signature. The system
administrator can configure
various roles in eInfotree
such as Review, Approve, and
Create. User authority for
signatures can be restricted
to specific roles. For
example, users can be granted
roles to sign with a Review
role, but not with an Approve
role. |

irrevocable link is
established between the
