Installation -
If assistance is required for product installation, this can be provided remotely over the Internet using WebEx. |

Training -
CIMCON can provide product training to users and trainers. Training can be conducted onsite or offsite using the Internet. |

File Conversion -
Access files can be converted into 21 CFR Part 11 compliant files with the click of a few mouse buttons. No support would ordinarily be required for file conversion. |

Validation Package

A validation package is available as an option for speedy implementation and reduced validation costs. |

Validation Services

CIMCON can provide onsite or offsite validation resources and assistance as required. |

Maintenance Support

Free maintenance support, including remote technical support and product upgrades, is included for the first year. Additional support can be purchased after expiration of this period.
